We advise you transparently, explain the necessary steps and naturally agree with you on any more extensive work before carrying it out. This helps your watch preserve its precision, reliability and elegance over the years.

Repair and Maintenance

Many services on your watch are carried out directly in our own watchmaking workshop. Our watchmaker carefully examines each timepiece, assesses the condition of the movement and explains the necessary steps to you.

Thanks to experience, expertise and precise workmanship, many repairs and maintenance services can be performed in our workshop. At the same time, we respect the technical requirements and guidelines of the manufacturers. For certain brands or movements, we are required to send the watch directly to the brand.

Whether the repair is carried out in our workshop or handled by the manufacturer, we always decide in the best interest of your watch and in accordance with the brand’s recommendations. Our goal is to preserve the proper functioning, reliability and value of your timepiece over the long term.

Check and Demagnetisation

For our clients, we are happy to check the function of their watch free of charge. Our watchmakers inspect the general condition of your timepiece and check whether it has been magnetised.

A magnetised watch can lose precision or show significant deviations from its usual accuracy. In many cases, this can be detected quickly and corrected directly through demagnetisation.

If further work proves necessary during the inspection, we will of course inform you in advance and explain the next steps to you transparently.

Engravings

An engraving makes a piece of jewellery or a watch even more personal and unique. With our modern laser engraving machine, we precisely engrave names, dates, initials, personal messages, symbols or logos.

Company logos or personal signs can also be carefully engraved, depending on the provided design and the surface to be engraved. This is a beautiful option for a gift, a corporate present or an individual creation.

Whether discreet, elegant or more personal, we will be happy to advise you on the different possibilities and check in advance which engraving can best be carried out on your piece.

Bracelet Adjustment, Refurbishment and Replacement

To ensure your watch fits perfectly, we are happy to adjust the bracelet of your new watch to your wrist free of charge, provided the watch was purchased from us.

We also replace a bracelet free of charge when the new bracelet comes from our house. If the desired bracelet is in stock, the replacement usually takes only a few moments.

Over time, small scratches and signs of wear may appear on the case, clasp or metal bracelet. Our watchmakers carefully inspect your bracelet and can professionally refurbish it upon request. This service is charged according to the work required.

Battery Replacement

We replace the first battery of a watch purchased from us free of charge, as it is not always possible to know exactly when the original battery was installed.

In general, we replace batteries for most watch brands. After this first complimentary replacement, battery changes are subject to a charge.

For the brands we carry, as well as for other high end watch brands, we also check the water resistance of the watch whenever possible. This allows us to professionally inspect your timepiece after the battery replacement and ensure that it is functioning reliably.

Paid services for your watch

A watch often accompanies its owner for many years. To ensure it remains reliable, we recommend that our clients have their timepiece checked by us after approximately five years.

In our own watchmaking workshop, we test the function of your watch, check its precision and inspect important details such as the bracelet, clasp, spring bars and the general condition of the timepiece.

We only carry out the work your watch truly needs. If a service or revision is useful or necessary, we explain it to you transparently. If your watch is still running well and does not require major work, we tell you just as honestly.

As many maintenance services and revisions can be carried out directly in our own workshop, the processing time is often faster than handling the watch through the brand itself. We of course respect the manufacturers’ guidelines and advise you honestly on the best solution for your watch.

Fine adjustment

If your watch shows deviations in accuracy, fine adjustment can help to regulate the movement more precisely. Our watchmaker checks the values of your watch and assesses the most appropriate adjustment.

Replacement of spring bars

Spring bars connect the bracelet to the case of your watch. In case of wear or uncertainty, they can be replaced to ensure that your bracelet remains securely attached.
